Sweet Day Boat Sea Scallops caught in the cold, crisp, clear waters of the North Atlantic Ocean.
Day boat sea scallops are harvested by small dredge and shucked on deck by hand. Our local small boat fishery produces true day boat scallops, harvested and landed in less than 24hrs. Scallops are frozen once they arrive at our facility to then be shipped out overnight directly to your door! 3lbs per pack.
INSTRUCTIONS/ STORAGE
All shellfish orders are packed to withstand an extra day of transit in anticipation of weather and service delays.
- Scallops ship frozen with ice packs.
- Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge or freezer.
- May be stored up to 1 week.
