Refund Policy
WSC is unable to offer refunds or cancellations on orders that have already shipped. While we reduce the risks of shipping live seafood by packing our products carefully to survive potential extra days of travel, there are circumstances outside our control like weather and carrier transit delays. In anticipation of these uncontrollable events, we may contact you to reschedule a shipment to avoid your order arriving in poor condition.
Damaged Shipments
If your package was damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact customer support with photos and a brief description at hello@wellfleetshell.com and we will aid you in filing a claim on your behalf.
